What started as a tool to fix broken quoting has become the complete operating system for coach hire businesses.
The gap that started it all
Enterprise transport software was built for airlines and rail operators. It cost hundreds of thousands and required dedicated IT teams. Independent coach operators were left with spreadsheets, phone calls and the constant risk of double bookings, underpriced jobs and missed payments. CoachWorker was built to close that gap.
Learning from real operators
The first versions handled quoting, booking and dispatch. But operators kept spreadsheets running alongside the software.
