What we collect
Account and contact data — name, email, phone number, job title and company name provided when you register or enquire. Business data — operational records you enter into CoachWorker, including customer profiles, driver details, vehicle data and booking history. This data belongs to you; we process it on your behalf as a data processor. Usage data — pages visited, features used, session duration and device type, collected automatically to improve the platform. Payment data — billing address and payment method details processed via our payment provider. Card numbers are never stored on our systems. Communications — support requests, emails and any correspondence you send to us.

Data sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers acting as processors under contract (cloud hosting, payment processing, transactional email), legal or regulatory authorities where required by law, and successor entities in the event of a business transfer subject to equivalent protections.
International transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with UK GDPR, including standard contractual clauses where required.
Retention
We retain account and operational data for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period thereafter. On account deletion, business data is removed within 30 days unless retention is required by law.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to processing of your data, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Email [email protected] to exercise any right. We will respond within one calendar month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
